This program is what I've been doing for the past 4-5 years as an athlete. If you're interested in training like me, this is for you. It’s an 8-week in-season program with 2-3 workouts per week that you complete in addition to your volleyball trainings and games. Focusing on building full body strength in addition to enhancing your vertical. The reason I do weights and plyometrics is for the purpose of becoming a better volleyball player. If you want bodybuilding, I'm not your guy.

Why is strength training important?
Strength training is essential for volleyball players because it builds the base we need to create explosive power. It also creates a ''muscular armour'' around high-impact joints. It's important to build strength, because it reduces the risk of (overload) injuries.
How do I get better at setting?
That's a loaded question I've asked myself a trillion times. This is what I did/do: Find pro volleyballers that have similar attributes as you. Copy their technique. Large quantity of reps + good technique = improvement
Do I need to be an advanced player to book a session?
Not! Sessions are open to players of all levels - from beginners looking to build fundamentals to advanced athletes seeking professional insights.
How are the 1v1 calls conducted?
All sessions are done online via video call, making it easy to connect from anywhere in the world. I travel a lot. You’ll receive a link/email after booking your session.
How fast can I expect results from Samson Jumps?
Speedy results are not ideal. The question depends on your history with training. What does your training and physique look like now and the past 3 years? Nonetheless, most people can expect to see results in explosiveness after 6-8 weeks.
